The funeral of the late Mr. John C. Manning took place yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock at his late residence, No. 613 Green Street. The services were conducted by the Rev. R. F. Beadles, pastor of Central Methodis Church, and the interment was in Oak Grove cemetery. The funeral was largely attended by friends and relatives of the deceased. Grice Lodge, I.O.O. F.; Seaside Lodge, K of P, and Old Dominion Conclave of Heptasophs, of which , Mr. Manning was a member, were in attendance.
